if Abbo is not a contraction of Aborigine, then what pray tell is it?It was simply stating "abo" is not a contraction for Aborigine.... Take from it what you will, it was a statement of fact and nothing else... As for US media skewing and cherry picking racism stories, that's a reflection of your society which is also echoed in the paparazzi mags as keeping up with the jones' but I admit it does provide the necessary misdirection required to side track the collective thoughts of a populace... That effort is admirable in and of itself - It doesn't have to be force feed, you will WILLINGLY buy it...
Divide and conquer, deal with the remnants; an age old strategy played out in effective brilliance in modern day America.
i really want to know, as you have demonstrated a marked illiteracy in the area of etymology, example: "kaffir"
http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=kaffir
Kaffir (n.) 1790, from Arabic kafir "unbeliever, infidel, impious wretch," with a literal sense of "one who does not admit the blessings of God," from kafara "to cover up, conceal, deny, blot out." Technically, "non-Muslim," but in Ottoman times it came to be used almost exclusively for "Christian." Early English missionaries used it as an equivalent of "heathen" to refer to Bantus in South Africa (1792), from which use it came generally to mean "South African black" regardless of ethnicity, and to be a term of abuse since at least 1934.
or Takfir:
http://middleeast.about.com/od/glossary/g/me081213.htm
"Definition: Takfir is an Arabic word that literally means "pronouncement of unbelief against someone," and can be translated as "excommunication.""
thus takfir is a VERB, the act of declaring another moslem an apostate, and excommunicating them.
let's dance.
