Ask yourself why you are not troubled by the failure of the Health Care rollout?

Was it good for you? My victory does exist. I am still typin'.
in case you couldn't tell, i was just aping red.

"claiming victory where none exists" is one of his favorite lines. he'll even use it where no victory is claimed.

for example:

red: "black males are more inclined to criminality and that they vote after church is a violation of church state separation, you liberal scum"

me: "damn, red. you so racist. i'm laughing pretty hard at you right now"

red: "claiming victory where none exists. you are a legend in your own mind. delusions of adequacy. i had sex with your female cat and killed my family."

me:

Yes, I pay bare attention to the mutterings of barely sane.

You, I was just messing with. :)

You want pity? OK. I really pity you. Or as Mr. T would say, "I pity the fool...."
Pity is the opposite of empathy which you completely lack. And thus prove my point about you lacking a basic underpinning of what is commonly known as sane.

Is this the "Doer" version of screaming "I'm butthurt!!"?

Why do people think you lose your home in bankruptcy? You don't. People don't lose their homes because of medical bills either.
they do because not all states recognize federal bankruptcy law..state law rules over fed..however, you've given me an idea and made my day (really)..rep coming your way..thank you!

See any states in there that do not have a homestead protection clause? Any states at all?

Perhaps you should apologize for accusing me of making it up.
I thought it was foolish the first post where it was mentioned. I have several acquantances that went through Chapter 7 bankruptcies. Not uncommon at all in the car business. They had homes with 100k+ in equity, paid off vehicles and 401Ks. Never saw one of them lose any of it, even with hundreds of thousands of debt they were wiping away. That was VA, can't speak for any other states.

If you were not making it up, you should have posted a link, instead of having me do it. You could thank me.

You are welcome.

So it turns out the woman Obama touted as an Obamacare success story during his October 21 speech can't afford insurance through the Washington exchange. Not only that, she was given bad info on pricing several times before it became apparent she did not qualify for any subsidy and even the bronze plan was too expensive.

"I had a good cry," Sanford said about her reaction to the latest news from the state.

As a self-employed court reporter, the new quote was simply out of her range.

"This is it. I'm not getting insurance," Sanford told CNN. "That's where it stands right now unless they fix it."

This will be one of many storiss signaling the end of Obama...... JFK had Camelot, Barry has Crapalot....hopefully enough low/no information voters are smart enough to realize the error of their ways. Doubt it though, smarts aren't one of their strong points.

It's just a shame that the one He holds up as proof of His awesomeness is just more lies and deceptions to cover up the lies and deceptions.

every state is different and the rules changed in 2005, big time..the law in florida is complex, we follow state rule not fed and there are tons of caveats..if you make money you can't file chapter 7 here you won't pass the "means test"..a 13 you have to re-pay debt within 5 years on a schedule..previously working for corporate, i couldn't qualify for chapter 7 because i made too much..now i don't so chapter 7 would work..it's just not as straight forward as you think..they are very strict on wiping out debt here.
