Han's LED grow panel, anyone recognizes if this is his new version or old version?

Yes, looks like these two panels are prototypes and have not yet been finished. The first picture shows the second panel is switchable, and he also changes the materials of the board, the new version a white board.

I got the new version and mine only has 2 white LEDs, the LED at the center in mine is red. He must have changed it in the final version.
