Rolling leaf edges? Need advice!

Whats going on guys. For the last couple of weeks there has been a problem with rolling edges on the new growth of these plants. It also seems that overall growth has slowed. Any advice is appreciated. My specs are as listed.

Strain: Spacebomb, Spacebomb/Querkle
Style: DWC-non recirculating, 1gal buckets, healthy white roots, plenty of air
Room Temp: 70-75f
Nutrients: Reverse osmosis water,1-1-1 Ratio of GH Flora Series@4ml/gal, Cal Mag, ProteKt, =700ppm
PH:5.8
Photo period:18/6
Lighting: 4' t8 flouros that are 2ft. from the tops

Whats your humidity? If it's too dry they can do that.
What's up ole buddy! How is my spelling and punctuation? I actually just read something relating this problem to low humidity. I'll get back to you on that. I'm away from my room. I know my humidity isn't low. Dwc in a fairly small space usually keeps the humidity up.

I bet the Rh is contributing. Not contradicting the others.
Yeah, I have also read elsewhere that the RH can cause this. Matter of fact, that is the only explanation that I have found that fits my situation. It's no coincidence that my RH levels are low..I'll be shooting for 60%. This is my first indoor hydroponic grow. I've always grown organic and outdoor. So even though I am doing pretty well, there are some animals left to tame in my room..like humidity. Thanks
