humidity causes the opening and closing of stomata ( cells under the leaf that take in co2 and other gases for the plant to use with the nutrients and exchange or expell excess though the leaves ) if it gets too low it'll close them same with being too high. if they feel crispy on the edges and or margin yellowing with rust spots then it might be humidity needs to be higher. a close up of the leaves would help greatly. also low humidity gives off about 6 false deficiencies since the plant cant use the nutrients.
