I don't get VA benefits so I can't say for sure, but I do not think it would matter if they found out. I did have a hearing for SS disability and when the subject of pain management for my back issues came up, I mentioned using mmj in the context of reducing pill use. Didn't affect the decision at all.
That's not true at all, complete bullshit. I'm a disabled vet and I got mmj card and they know about it and support it. I have to piss test for them cause I get a few pain pills every month from the va, they don't care about mmj.

That's good to know. I was getting a bit concerned since I recently got my state government card and was worried that now that I'm in the government's system they might try to mess with my benefits somehow. Thanks.
