If government provides "services" that are so good, why do they have to use force ?

Legal duty? Not in Belize. You are shielded from that legal duty by their laws.
You are shielded from US laws, while still being a US citizen? Don't think so.

Break the law bad enough and Belize just extradites you to the good ole USof A to pay your tax burden you owe.

Check your reading compensation halfway

Keeping your citizenship is saving yourself a seat
Exactly , and the exact reason why you have to pay taxes.

What was so hard about admitting you got it wrong? See? It was really easy once you got the evidence now wasn't it?

I think you meant, "you're". If an entity that has a monopoly on the use of force and is willing to use it against otherwise peaceful people what would you call it?
There is no monopoly of the service provider called the United states government

There are many other service providers /governments / countries that you could use

You're choosing to use the United states as your service provider and as such you need to pay for your usage

Why do you want to force others to pay for your freelancing arse?

belize cannot shield you from the IRS unless you are living off a sack of cash. if you have a bank account, the IRS can seize it, if you are employed the IRS can garnish your wages through international banking treaties, if you have investments the IRS can take them.

belize is a great place to go if you win the lottery and take the cash payout, but you still gotta pay the taxes on the initial payout, and if you invest that money anywhere, the IRS can still squeeze their taxes out of you unless you are "judgement proof"

What part did you not get, about Belize did not sign these banking treaties?

i am unaware of any belizian immunity to banking treaties.
Immunity? See, you are really out of your depth here. They didn't sign the treaty, in the same way Syria had not signed the Treaty on Chemical Weapons.

What do think? The USA granted an immunity? That is a laugh.

How about India and Singapore? They didn't sign the stinking War on Drugs, Tax Treaties either.

In fact, they have their own strict, non-cooperation laws about subpena of records, etc.

Rights are nothing. You need protected rights. And several countries around the world are still quite safe and secret.
