Building a 60,000 square foot outdoor legal grow in Washington State HELP!

I've given that lots of thought but I can clone my own focused on the strains that will yield and finish well outdoors. I've got a lot of connections up here and averaging 5-10 bucks a clone doesn't make a lot of sense if I'm in it for profit. With at least 10,000 veg plants purchased to meet the demands price will be too high and I don't like to rely on others to produce. Too many failed people in this world. Is there something wrong with my growth model?

Thanks for the advice but I'm going for it. If I want these licenses I have to have 50% cultivation the first year. I have lots of help, I'll be living on grounds in my tipi, which I sleep in every night anyway even though I have a big house. I can get 20 volunteers here for a week as I've been blessed with lots of friends. I'm a 47 year old head and I have professional MJ growers in the family and blood brothers, only their indoor growers, and they will jabber on the phone for hours if I let them. Thanks to this model I can shut you guys off! I can pull this off if I can find the capital. I am just trying to mitigate a few things and polish my business plan. The labor isn't an issue. I plan on trucking in 233 yards of garden soil and I'm ready for the awakening!

dont let the old timers scare you .... but food for thought .. my first year in cali i pulled 120lbs for a friend an i . it took a 100x100ft warehouse to get it in before it rained for 4 days then sun then 4 more days of "gully washing" that had the old timers risking getting shot to find arrowheads in now dry runoff beds.
i just hope you got drying space . a greenhouse and propane work ok but .. more than 5 dehueys on one genny is bad for buzziness.... lots of factors ...

if your not cutting clones for next seasons moms for the light deps you should be doing then your screwd. i just cut a few GSC and SFV og for my light dep moms yesterday... PLAN AHEAD. like 4 greenhouses ahead

This is your biggest concern PERIOD! Get your tried and true numbers up!!!

AN it doesn't matter how much you grow if you don't have enough dry space (not a tarp in the woods) you can lose it all in the field...

Had my initial license interview yesterday. Good to go on the plan so far. They won't be able to determine the 2mil canopy for a few years as they have to measure what the canopies are at the end of the year. They may go for a couple years before making a decision but next year it's WIDE OPEN!

@ Colonuggs Hey Veteran Smoker looking for your insight. What is your thought on financiers related to I502. If a legal Washington state corporation wants to invest in a licensed business and it has out of state owners can they, even though the owners haven't been residence for three months? I am sure the answer is no but maybe you read it differently.

You're actually doing it... I just read the whole thread in it's entirety and to tell you the truth, I didn't have much faith that you'd get this project up and running. Congratulations and good luck! You're security fence is a freakin' juggernaut!

I would agree with lighting cost. But you can veg under flours for a month or more if using some type of greenhouse they can go out mid march giving you another 5 months of veg time.

they cant go out in mid-march in Spokane county!! Maybe May 1, maybe.

Security fencing & round the clock security is also gonna cost a pretty penny, if you plan on keeping any of it......

SEcurity fencing is a requirement of the licence.

Sounds good. I usually put 2-3 footers out May 15- June 1 and get 6-7 foot plants depending on strain.

Very interesting read. Been a Guerrilla grower since the mid to late 70`s. I wanna throw out some advice to contemplate.

First let me say that indoor growers have advantages and outdoor growers have their risks.

In Co. and WA. you are gonna have thousands and thousands of DIY home growers, guerrilla growers and every high school kid out there throwing bagseed out in the woods. Many will be first timers. The pollen count is gonna sore. What are your plans to deal with the bees and wind blown pollen ?

I`ve had it happen several times, that`s why I split my grows very far apart.

Large scale grows in high risk areas can break your heart and bank account.

Just asking if you have considered this. No-one has touched on this very real risk. If you don`t think it can happen to you, naturally or by competition, you would be quite foolish.

This is actually NOT good for us. If all available canopy space is taken up then there will be a shitload of product on the market and the price point will be driven way down. This is why we took out three 30k applications in hopes they would restrict. maybe I'm missing something in this??
