Hello all I Lst 3 of her fan leaves apart because I was having issues "happily" getting light to every branchs new baby leave at nodes due to fan leaves getting huge I list her 4 days ago after topping her to lay her down near the ground make a n shape to try not only get 2 new colas but also another shoot or 2 pop as the top was no long top of plant. Im very new first plant first attempt and totally tring to get experience in every area I can on this test subject. Should I be overly worried about branch color? or the yellowing after I first topped n lst her. My amature opinion is its over nunted in first place from MGS and topping it made all the overload nutes it was already getting from all that energy shot back down to bottom of plant? stem n stalk all look healthy but im amature heres pix ty in advance for your help. advice n comments. Shes n MGS potting mix drank only tap water 18/6 15th day (I know mg sucks ;x )

First off, you're trying to LST the leafs.
There is no branches there yet to LST.
What kind of light are you using?
How far away is it?
How old is the plant?
It doesn't look much more than 20 days old, but with all that sideways room, you might have a lot of sideways root growth, slowing down the leaf production.
Second, I don't see any perlite in your soil, and it looks awfully wet and compacted.
Did you poke drainage holes in that aluminum pan from the kitchen?
You're gonna need something deeper if you want to get it comfortable.
Nothing wrong with MG soil, as long as it's used right.

I was trying to just pull them out the way im sure as you see im super new Im so stupid I thought those leaves tied WOULD be branches. Lights are CFL 2 48watt 67k spec n 2 23watt 67k spec. have fan blowing on her i keep lights 2 3 inchs away. I gently put soil in pan never packed it or nothing just straight MGS pottng mix feeds 6 months. She is 15 days old I kinda wanted shallow pan wide for less hight but more width was I dumb? ALL a test b4 I get auto flower from farmers market next week. Please teach me sir of my incompatince so I may learn. P.S yes bout 10 pen sized holes on bottom even random placed to try get best I can drainage

Does she look allright for 15 days? Should I been worried over the red/browning of leaf stems. All new growth is beautiful green n looks normal to me n like its growing those new growths just fine.

I am new so take what I day with a grain of salt...but:

The dark green color definitely suggests your okay on Fertilizer for now. Remember that LST means low stress haha . If the branch has enough damage to the cellulose It may act like a Pinch process and simple grow out the lateral nodes faster until healed. Aside from that little bit of leaf damage looks good to me.

Looks fine for 15 days, remember I mentioned it didn't look over 20 days?;-)
If you want to, look up Critical's thread about mainlining.
It's something you may want to try after you gain some experience, but it's a great read, and you can get some good pics of a 'branch', as opposed to a 'leaf'.
You may take your strings off, or leave them, since they are already there, but you most likely won't have any 'branches' to LST for another couple weeks.
You're not "stupid", you just didn't have much instruction in what you're trying to do.
Here's a shot of one of mine from last year, at 28 days old, about 8-10 inches tall, 6 or 7 nodes I think, just before I started my LST'ing.
Right now, you only have leafs coming off the main stalk, but as she ages, you will have branches coming off, and leafs from that.........
That is when you can start your training.
