Solventless Wax From A Deterit Alternative

Has anybody been to this dispensary or had this stuff yet? I'm just curious on the process and how much this stuff is going for. Any reviews would be greatly appreciated! Also curious how bad the area is. Much thanks.

Personally, I don't trust anything I don't make myself or a trusted friend made. Technically I guess you're talking a dry sift(with or with out dry ice) and not water hash, so this should be fairly easy and inexpensive to do on your own. Trim I think can even be found affordably if that's an issue for you.

I make bubble hash (high quality stuff of all different consistencies -- people call it ice wax, grease, etc.) and have done dry sift before (also nearly full melt once cleaned up) and this stuff looks different. It's on their Instagram and from looks alone reminds of the clear concentrate stuff out west. I wouldn't have asked if it didn't look unique to me.

Area is really bad but its enclosed in an old bank really good place love it there owners are cool as hell and quite knowledgeable, bud tenders not so much ask for Ken hes the owner and ask him any question he's quite helpful and will more than likely give you a good rip of the bong of what your looking to get.

Solventless wax is what the rest of the world refers to as hash or hashish.

Or am i missing out on something?

After seeing the photo, I'm w/ resin head. I kinda had the suspicion from the beginning. Huel, I guess everyone can't have our exacting standards. Butane and winterizing are still king in my book, although I have heard accounts that a certian level of chlorophyll can be beneficial to some patients.

I was reading a little about clear concentrates in Cali, and a lot of people are saying that "solventless" refers to the end product and it's basically just a gimmick. Wonder if this is the same thing. Can't decide if it's worth the 40 minute trip or if I'll be severely disappointed.

I don't see it as a matter of standards at all, either they used solvents or they didn't. I personally think they are full of shit and used a solvent to make the oil/wax in that picture.

Chlorophyll is great for you to ingest, its just not wanted when you plan to smoke the final product due to its taste.

I think you should make the ride, ask how it's made, give it a try and report back :bigjoint:

On my way home. Nice guys, but ken was not there and the bud tenders were, as others said, asshats. It took them 20 minutes to realize I wasn't some 'homie' and actually knew what I was talking about. As for the product, it is the same exact tech as clear out west. They said no artificial extracts are added and it is 81% thc (no actual test results available). The kicker is the price at a whopping $75/g -_- I'm definitely a little bummed even with the generous care package they gave me for becoming a new member. Their herb is pretty reasonably priced though.

Definitely not water hash. Not sure what it is. They say it's the same tech as clear concentrates. The second you open it you are blasted with citrus which leads me to believe they add limonene. When I tried it on the nail, it sizzles a lot... I don't believe this is due to residual solvents, rather to the volatile nature of terpenoids (which I believe they add extra). The flavor is straight lemon. It's very much a head high. Not really sure how I feel about it. Not ridiculously smoothe or anything either.
