Well, they could be separated, and should be if you want to get anything out of them... you need to determine if there are any females there, if any of them are showing preflowers and kill any males present.

They look like they could use a lot more light.

will they not flower if left like this?

Depends on the lighting, strain. Usually people force flower indoors by giving the plants a prolonged dark period (10-12 hours of darkness).

However, even if they did flower you could end up with males (undesirable). If there are any females, they aren't likely to produce much under those conditions.

Check out some of the stickied threads at the top of this forum, those should help inform you of some of the nuances of Cannabis growing.

I read your original thread about there being like 6 plants in that tiny container. You should do what a person in the other thread suggested. Gently try to separate them and transplant each one into their own container. They might shock for a small time, but I have done this before with success. Either way that big one looks leggy as shit so if you want to seriously grow I'd junk them and start researching. A grow that actually produces smokable bud takes planning and proper execution.
