1100, 1300, 750.. those pertain to how much juice(power) your battery holds.
the standard 510 battery threaded usb charges, will charge any.
the chargers are usually usb cord charge style.. usb is 5v..
sooo, as long as you are sending 5v through these charges, you should be good to charge any battery..
the bigger the batter (1300>1100) the longer the charger..
i think the numbers mean mili amps per hour.. the bigger the number, the longer lasting the battery

p.s. cell phone chargers tend to come with a usb out charge slot, be sure the voltage is correct on the power supply..
the voltage is key, amps dont really matter out of the charger.,. the battery will take what as it needs..
