Hi All!
Thought I would give you all a peek at my super stealth Ninja style grow room. I have been working to get this up and running for a few months now...and I am thinking although it still needs some improvements...Its about time to fire this thing up.
The first thing i have to tell you is i can only work on the room safely between 10:30PM and 3AM. Keep that in mind as I talk about whats been done to get to this point. I built a 10' X7' X6.5' room between two existing buildings that were already attached by a room . I used all of the same materials as the original buildings including roofing...from the outside...the room cannot be seen and is inside a security fenced lot that is topped with barbed wire...and is completely overgrown with brush and Jagger bushes...no one has been in this area but me for years. From inside the building you cant see the room either. I have built a secret doorway into a workbench inside an industrial type building. there are things to move and a panel to remove before you can even get to the sliding door way. This whole thing is only 30" high so you have to crawl in...Its a pain in the ass...But its stealth as can be.
You see the blue insulation board in the pic? it is laminated on the other side with thick cardboard and slides up under the cardboard on top of it using 2X4s as tracks...very lightproof....but even before getting to this there is a panel you have to remove from the bench. I am VERY confident no one will see and find this entrance. The floor...as you can also see in the above pic is a gravel base with cement pavers on top...I like it because it drains awesome...I dislike itbecause i am afraid pests will have easy acces...This is something i may have to change in the future...It was a real PITA getting 55 of thes cement locks in there myself...without scratching the floor or leaving any tell tale marks....but i did it.
I will have to carry water to the room...about 150 feet....but the good news is...I have the most pimp industrial deionized water unit in the land
I ran (4) four...20Amp circuits thru 400 feet of conduit using 10G wire ( WAY OVERKILL) from a 200 Amp service in a room full of 200 Amp boxes...the bill for this room full of service boxes is usall around $15K/month...my few lights and fans will not even be noticed...can you say HUGE WIN?
Speaking of lights and fans...the building i built on to has a kick ass ventilation system...and I had to fight the negative pressure on this building by using two exhaust fans...one pulling thru a 6" cool tube to cool my 1000W HPS and is attached to a charcoal filter ,,,,the other is a 300cfm blower I bought at harbor freight and converted to vent the grow tent I use in the room for mothers and clones...Its a 40" squared tent...and my next project will be building a table to get it up to working height,,,then i can use the underneath space for storage. Inside the tent...I have 2 two foot two bulb T5 units shining 20,000 lumens of light for the moms and clones. I have 19 clones ready to go.....
So... what do you think? I have 19 NL#5 clones ready to start vegging...I am growing in a mix of coco and perlite with a few amendments...and using Botancaire CSN 17 nutes for my first go round...mainly because I'm just about broke from putting this together LOL If you have made it this far...I hope you will stick around for a grow or two...Its been a lot of work to get this far...I cant wait to get some sweet nugs on the sticks...Ninjagrow69
