I had my lights off for an hour. (they are on 12/12. Then I opened the door and light got in. Will they hermie?
thanks for the post,id meant to say good strains can take alot of stress, then i just siad fuc it and posted it,i have 8 growing now that im testing doing differnt forms of stress on each plant, just to see the affects, tho i have not tested light changes yet, there all on first day of 12 12 now,so i will pick one to do light stressing with in a few days, happy growingPlants that are grown from seed will go hermaphrodite much easier than plants grown from clone , also plants where clones were taken from mature mothers of a stable strain are much more tollerant to adverse conditions than clones taken from young mothers or from seed.
With that said some plants will drop balls at the drop of a hat while others can take serious neglect & multiple light cycle interuptions with darkness being broken with full on lights for hours at a time for multiple days without going hermie ,much depends on the strain , how stable the strain/phenotype is as well as the age of the strain.
When dark cycle is accidently interupted & if in doubt the strain can tollerate the stress its best to err on the side of caution & reset the dark cycle ,when the light cycle is scheduled to come on at its normal time leave the room dark & skip a light cycle ,then let the normal light/dark cycles go back into effect ,the lengthened dark period will let the plants get back to normal ,most of the time lil stupid shit like a 5 minute blast of light wont cause a stable strain to hermie on ya but if you want to play it safe just skip a light cycle & your safe as pie .

Damn bro, you should know by now, sarcasm is not well translated through text.Yes they will but only if they are completely finished. If they are then cut them down immediately, dry and cure them properly and send to me for further testing.
Numerous times, I have woken to the alarm since I don't run timers, been lazy, and not gotten up until 3 hours later to flip lights or move plants, and they are just fine.I had my lights off for an hour. (they are on 12/12. Then I opened the door and light got in. Will they hermie?
