How to bend your plant?

you idiot. bending in order to stop stretching the plant so the main stem would grow sideways. ive seen a video where the guy bends the stem and then the plant starts to grow sideways. it is a method similar to tying the plant down.

Put a screw into the floor or the growroomwall/unless it is one of them tent style rooms.then tie a section of string long enougth to reach the top of the plant and screw.tie a hoop around the top of the plant this will help not to cut into the stemthen pull the the plant gentlely till it reaches the bend that you want.another better way is to pince the top of the plant squeeze the top of the plant squeeze tighter and tighter till the plant fold on its own, this is very scary for newbies but once you have done it it is easy then this stem will grow back up towards the light,up the side of the plants own stem.by doing this the yeiled will not be harmed if anything it will increase.[look up supercropping]

Yup Im a newbie lol..at indoor grown..any sugestions on why my 23old babies lol..two of them the main is bent about 30 percent or more..plre health besides..any help appreciated..

take a peice of copper wire lay it under the branch and attach it to the stemm with loose bread ties after you get it all hookd on you can bend the branch where ever u want it to be. over here, over there, closer to the light, away from that branch.... It really works awesome and give your plants the max yeild because all the small nodes start to grow branches after they are horizontal for a couple weeks. It will make your plants huge and you will double your harvest with a little wait.

I have had great results suprecropping several times (almost breaking a branch, but not really - the result i 90 degree bend that stays that way).
Just make sure the branch doesn't pop right up next day, so tie it down.

I've done it up to 2 weeks into flower several grows, and no ill effects.

It evens out the canopy if you have problems with that, and it doesn't hurt the yield at all (some say it increases it, but it sure does not hurt).

So I just admitted I have problems with even canopies, but then again I always grow different strains from seed.

supercropping is great.. if you really have canopy issues though.. look into scrogging :)
the whole underside that would be popcorn, just cut it off and use it for clones
for newbies.. look into LST (low stress training) tying down branches. another pretty good way is to just take a branch and tape a fan leaf to the side of the bucket to keep the branch bent.
topping/fimming are both fun. your first couple tops youll probably fim. FIM Fuck I Missed. it cuts leaves down over other branches so they can grow out easier, get more light.
i love supercropping, dont be afraid to snap branches.. not completely and if you go to far. tape that shit back together :) the best way to do it, just hold the branch with 2 fingers. squeeze a little til it kinda pops, youll know when it happens. once it pops leave it and itll heal with no problems

Just pinch and massage the stem where you want to bend, then slowly start folding it over. Don't be super rough, but also don't be too gentle. If you just bearly start hear snapping it should be good.
