i have a 6 " cool tube wit a vortex 6 " fan hooked up , its blowing through my light and then out my 5x5 tent , as far as intake i just have a window open and the bottom flap on the tent open , running a 400w mh but its in a digital 600-1000 watt ballast which i hope isnt a big problem 18/6 with the lights and i have a small fan just slightly quivvering the seedlings , lights about 16" away , using pro mix with 20% worm poop , and i got the general organics go box , i already stepped up a pot size u think i should be transplanting again ? im only a week out of the dirt

well its organic nutes and i was just going by the feeding chart , i fed it once cause the chart said seedling 1st week then i read online that it was to soon , i think its ok though i gave it extra water and let it run off a bit just to weaken it down then put the nutes away for a couple weeks , i didnt know anybetter , that part of y i was so worried ,
i water every day , my pots are pretty small i usually water till i see it trickle out the bottom ,once its light i water again , if its not to light i usually just spray the top soil a few times before i go to work

I wouldn't water daily, even though the pots are small. A little spray on the off days would be ok, but they shouldn't be too wet. I don't know the strain, but when you get the next set of leaves, I would transplant before they get any bigger. if they are autos, you should start them in the final pot. Good luck. Peace & be kind.

I am a noob here myself and on my current grow using fox farms full line up and schedule...I did not feed the seedlings for a week and a half or so after planting. I use soiless medium so there is absolutely no nutrients at all to start with in the mix. The seedlings started showing REAL N def 2 weeks in. So I started pre-week 1 on the schedule which call for fox farm big bloom (a very mild nute made up of mostly worm castings and bat shit). My next grow I am gonna start right off the bat feeding them that stuff in moderation...just like the schedule says and see what happens. I mean they stunted for a solid week to recover from waiting so long to give them nutes. only down side to soiless mediums. you start with nothing. A clean slate. But you have to feed it midly early or they will yellow up on you quick.
Also using tents you have to make sure you have good air coming in and hot air going out (depending on what light you use) It took me till this (again my 3rd grow) to really understand how important ventilation is.

LOL this was a good thread, but for real OP, at least you asked. The plant looks fine.. As long as the leaves are green and it's growing, you pretty much will only cause more problems by freaking out.

no nutes,it's too young yet,water only,the plant provides nutrients itself and will do so until those two little round leaves on the bottom turn yellow.

I start feeding @ 25% nutes as soon as the seed breaks ground. Never a problem, Check out post #9 of my current grow.

Those leaves aren't really curled, they are curved a bit, which as mentioned is normal. If they were saggy/droopy or clawing up you might have a problem.
I wouldn't recommend misting the soil surface like that, just water normally when needed. For one thing, it's alright if the surface dries out a little bit. Misting/spraying the surface can cause problems and make watering properly difficult.

What kind of problems? I water with a sprayer the first several days and never experience any problems. Water with a can, or a mister, either way the soil ends up wet, or what am I missing?

For example, some folks water their stuff and then go back and incessantly spray the surface every time it looks like it is beginning to dry out (note he said he waters AND spays the surface). Not surprisingly this can cause the media to remain saturated.
Others use a spray bottle to water and think that just misting down the surface is sufficient (because they are afraid to over-water), while below the surface the media remains dry. Without sufficient watering dry spots can develop deeper in the media.
This is why I wouldn't advise a new grower use a spray bottle to water, and I've seen threads with this exact problem where the OP was just using a spray bottle and not watering thoroughly. I would mist down potting mix that has become overly dried out before using or watering thoroughly, but at any rate IMO watering thoroughly with a spray bottle would take too long.
