No one is going to rep you when you ask such stupid questions. You have to EARN your rep points dude.. If we gave you lots of rep then noobs would take what you say seriously and if you dont know how to tell the ACTUAL watts of a cfl then i dont think you should be giving advice to ANYONE on this site.
Go read a book and learn.
oh yeah, by the way, you wont be able to grow a single plant with 4 "24" watt bulbs.. Nevermind 4of them lol.
stop worrying about reputation points and worry about how you're going to supply your 4 plants with the proper amount of light and nutrients.

crazy question tho mate when its only that small i had 4 creme caramel auto under a 600w on the 18-6 cycle throughout its life and i took 3 off each plant, but the lightage your using i couldnt see it producing very much i like to keep autos starting in a 12 litre pot and not replanting them from small up letting them enjoy a life in 1 pot they thank u for it in the long run but im not a auto fan at all but gd luck
