Yes, fear is quite paralyzing. I'm sure the partisan mind just rejects most of it since they can't compute the angles. A well rounded mind can observe perhaps 20% of the political landscape. about 1.7% of americans actually on welfare, the majority of them only relying on it for a less than a year or two.
