Itchin' to see your plants PW, that mainline rdwc mix is a mean combo.
VERY NICE.A few shots for you guys. First is the autos, pretty slow going...Next is Purple fire w/ her zen flat canopy, all tied down. I gave her, and the Supreme Delights their own 400w. 2 weeks into the flip, so I started feeding bloom nutes. Everyone is healthy and happy. I'll try and post a hydro update soon. For now, it's time to find my grizzly slippers, ice down the bong, pack a huge bowl, and get this MS3TK marathon in gear. First up will be: A Touch of Satan.
For real, that looks just about perfect. Nice work buddy. Hope your thurdsay is better than your wednesday.I'm loving this girl right here
That purple fire is gorgeous bro! Excellent job training her!A few shots for you guys. First is the autos, pretty slow going...Next is Purple fire w/ her zen flat canopy, all tied down. I'm with you on this one. But I mix the veg and bloom nutes formulas toward the last month. I get a nice boost without so much leaf loss. I've used Dyna gro str8 thru with great results my self. But that's when I get lazy. That purple fire is gorgeous bro! Excellent job training her!
I've found that bloom fomrulas inevitably cause the plant to lose a lot of leaves and in the end diminish yields. I like a lot of longer flowering plants and many of the guys I know who grow them have also found that feeding "veg" nutes straight through works better. Pot has very similar nutrient needs to Peppers and Tomatoes with the main difference being it needs less K because it's not making fruit. Hoagland's solution which is pretty much the standard formula used as a hydroponic food for them (or at least a starting point before trying to improve crops based on fert performance) would have an NPK of ~ 3-1-4. Something like 3-1-(2.5-3) is probably around ideal for pot. There's a time and a place for boosters but they should be little boosts, your base should be the base the whole way through. The real change in the nutrient requirements in cannabis from veg to flower are increased need for the other three macronutrients, Ca, Mg, and S. Micronutrient requirements also go up but as long as your base is complete I've never seen a def of anything but the big 6 and if I did I would assume lockout before actual deficiency. P and K needs do go up and N down but nothing like a 1-3-2 bloom formula would suggest.
Many thanks, fellow citizen. I hope you are feeling wonderful on this most glorious of days!very nice plants there bro

I actually know several people who run Foliage Pro straight through as their base. I think that a properly timed bloom booster can help yield but I think the gains from doing so pale in comparison to the gains from getting a dialed in environment so long as you're keeping the girls healthy.I'm with you on this one.
