I think hempy borrowed the idea and americanized it. These are Bato Buckets mostly used for commercial agriculture in Europe.

It's not much once its dialed in. My pump runs for between 5-15 seconds every 3-4 hours depending on the growth stage. I loose about 1/2 gallon a week.
