The smart ones lived through the wars and are now earning six figure salaries. You're right, we may have a different definition of "smart."What you consider smart or dumb is clearly dubious.
So only the dumb died? The smart ones lived through the wars and are now earning six figure salaries. You're right, we may have a different definition of "smart."
maybe take that sentiment down to your local VFW and sing it loud and proud... Are you on the drink again TeePee?The smart ones lived through the wars and are now earning six figure salaries. You're right, we may have a different definition of "smart."
So all those Blackwater guys that were making 90k a quarter with Special Forces backgrounds were what? The smart ones lived through the wars and are now earning six figure salaries. You're right, we may have a different definition of "smart."
Except you are missing one very big difference. Once defends our country with their lives, the other does not.I hate the idea that one person who started working at 18 gets to retire with generous public benefits at 50--with an expected 30 years on the public dole, almost more time than their public service--while another person who started working at the same age has to wait until 68, getting substantially less over a much shorter time.
I've never served, so in one way I feel I shouldn't even be in this discussion, but you are one disrespectful SOB who I think wouldn't have the balls to say this to a veterans face. The smart ones lived through the wars and are now earning six figure salaries. because i can't have another before i've even had my first one.Why dont you have another beer?
You have two hands right?because i can't have another before i've even had my first one.
He may mean in the professional white collar fields. Ex-Military personnel are highly sought after due to their motivational, time management and decisive decision making qualities. These qualities and so many more make them highly desirable for management positions in fortune 500s after they get their MBAs...So all those Blackwater guys that were making 90k a quarter with Special Forces backgrounds were what?
Smarter, richer, harder, and better than you. Quit while your ahead man.
First of all, its 20 years to retirement so age 38, not 50. Also, men (the by far largest part of the military) have a life expectancy of 76 years, not 80.I hate the idea that one person who started working at 18 gets to retire with generous public benefits at 50--with an expected 30 years on the public dole, almost more time than their public service--while another person who started working at the same age has to wait until 68, getting substantially less over a much shorter time.
I highly doubt that is what he meant. He meant the logistics guys back at base are somehow smarter than SEAL's. Because he's a dumb troll I'm pretty sure at this point. He may mean in the professional white collar fields. one is firmly on my erection. You have two hands right?
Just imagine a handyjob from Kali. You have two hands right?
really? that much?I deserve my $2816 per month because I am an excellent marksman and I'll open fire if I stop getting it.
Yeah I may suspect that too. I agree with what you're saying though, around half of the blokes in support companies for our AUS special forces units are beret qualified. Meaning they have successfully completed either Commando or SASR reinforcement cycle, psych testing and final commanders board review and have then been asked by Army to stay in their supporting roles due to the skills/experience they bring. All I can say is it takes a village...I highly doubt that is what he meant. He meant the logistics guys back at base are somehow smarter than SEAL's. I recently rewatched "Gallipoli" with Gibson but that ended me up at this doc: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0867192/Yeah I may suspect that too. What separates me from most is that I'm not unwilling to speak the truth. Truth is truth. Hate it as you please; deny it all you want. You cannot alter truth.maybe take that sentiment down to your local VFW and sing it loud and proud... Are you on the drink again TeePee?
Not army grunts. Obviously. Being an army grunt, as you suggest, is way above the pay grade of the average American soldier dying in combat. So all those Blackwater guys that were making 90k a quarter with Special Forces backgrounds were what?

You want to make fun of the US military? There's plenty, take your pick. But calling men that could beat you death with one limb while reciting Arabic stupid isn't it.
These are the fucks you're looking for:

And as you'll notice, not Special Forces.
Though why you want to admonish them while our troops are finding bags of severed heads and sheltering women with faces half melted off from acid I'll never know.
