Wow amazing plant man, wish I could grow something that actually has Purple in it.

I've tried so many strains since I started growing about 6+ years ago and not one has actually had any cool colors in it.
I know colors don't make the high, but I love just having a beautiful looking plant. I bought a few strains that are like Purple Wreck, Trainwreck Purps, etc so hopefully I get some color next year.
I thought about putting my babies through some stress the last week before harvest of like some 60F cold breeze and ice water flushing but I think it would do more harm than good.

They will be ok. Color factor is mostly genetic. Aroma and flavor are increased slightly when you drop temps as well.

Thanks.. Yeah, that's my Purple Voodoo. I just finished up a Purple Trainwreck myself. Crossed her with a (male) Grand Daddy Purple to get = Danks Purple Train. Also did a Fucking Incredible x GDP getting = Incredibly Fucking Purple. Along with a TON of others. Just found a strain (buddy in UK) sent that is called Tutankhamun. She is according to him suppose to have around 34 to 36% THC content.!! If so, I plan on using her as the "backbone" in some of up coming crosses.

That's what I like about this Purple Voodoo. You don't have to drop the temps to bring on color change. Her color is all genetic as you know. Cant wait to get these crosses I made off her. Pollinated her x's Jack The Ripper(male) here recently. Trying to come up with names for all those now..

Here's the S shaped LST'D Grapefruit. Had to remove a few tiny fan leaves that was blocking lower buds just now. Also my Bluedream #1 I just did a little LST on. Bluedream.
<-- Grapefruit. She is flowering in a 1 gln container. Doing quite well I might add. Hasn't gave any signs of being stressed or anything. To think, she looks as if she will yeild nice just to be in such a small flowering container. Bent stalk in S shape by LST'N her over a period of time during veg & flower.

I only have 2 1 gal. pots, but plenty of 2 gal., but no room to put all in the 2 gallon ones.
I'm hoping I can finish the Diesel with 2 week veg in a 2, along with one of the 12/12, and next biggest in a 1 1/2 and the last 2 in 1 gal. pots.

Well, she is in her last week flowering now. So yeah, with no yellowing showing, I believe she can go another 7 days.. Just waiting on her seeds to finish up is all Im really waiting on.. Hell yeah I remember last year!! You LST'D all through flower just about! Well, the better half of the 1st few months. She did just fine. Hell Ive even "snapped" my stems doing LST, and or BROKE them, I break out the electric tape and BAM! Good as new..

I gotta move some shit tomorrow.

Yeah roseypeach, I also thought that looked pretty awesome, I want to try this so badly, but I going hold back for awhile because just getting leaves on my plant is a major achievement, which I pat myself on the back everyday about.
