Yeh we have different brand nutrients here in Australia, I'm not sure if I've seen that one before. I know there is dutch master, advanced nutrients, canna, general hydroponics, green dream, growth technology, rock, house and garden and isn, to name most of the ones at my hydro shop, haha

you know they all do pretty much the same thing and have the same price, so to be honest I'm not sure there is much difference between nutrients other than some are designed more specifically for soil, coco, hydro etc

your girls are looking nice, after I boosted the nutrients on my system last night I checked this evening and found that one of the smaller plants had nute burn, sigh...had to dump half the reservoir and fill with ph balanced water, so I guess don't be over eager to increase your nutes to quickly for smaller plants, benefit of soil grows, controlling nutes for each plant, my system is one reservoir and every plant gets same nutes, so yer...will hope the nute burn does not spread down the leaves or affect the root system

Ah that sucks! And I'm gonna take some pics here in a sec. They grew quite a bit more during the dark last night. Checked the soil and don't think I'll have to water again for another day maybe two. I'm gonna let them get bone dry

i think i might have got a little too impatient and screwed up. i went ahead and fed them a little bit this watering.

I fed them:

1.5 mL of buddha grow
1.5 mL of roots organic trinity
1.5 mL of amino-aide
1.5 mL of cal-mag

think i screwed up and over fed them??? or shall I just have to wait and see lol.

really low dose of nutes so I think you should be right, it really depends on the soil content prior to planting, I am using a potting mix with slow release fertilizer that can last up to 3 months, not ideal for cannabis as you have no control over the release time of nutes and one of my leaves already has a tinge of yellowing at the end of the leaf. That is what to look out for, tinges of white on the end tips of leaves, if you get that just water pure for the next few waters until they are flushed out. A good schedule is 1 nutes to 2 normal waters, but its more about reading the plants and seeing what they need. As I said in a previous post its a weed they can recover from a lot and less is always more so just keep nutes on the low side until the plants are really developing.

Ignore the droop in leaves I just snuck in quickly to take some photos when they were in their 6 hours of dark (you probably should not do this as it messes with the plants cycle).

Here are some pictures to give you an idea about:

Nutrient issue: tinge of white on end of leaf
Topping: two splits of growth (did this on 4th set of leaves, as they were growing).
FIM: Um yer as you can see I have two clear tops and it looks like a third growing up through the middle (this technique has random results of tops apparently you never know how many you will end up with exactly).

Well too early to tell yet but the two larger plants do have a yellow vein on the larger bottom leaves. Have been reading and it might be a magnesium or phosphorus deficiency? Guess we will see if the small amount of nutes takes care of it. The runoff was 6.3 on the middle plant so I know pH is within range.

Not sure would need to see a picture and if it's not prevalent I would not worry to much, I said fuck it to my nute burn on the tip of one plant I'm not even sure is a female yet. considering I checked on them tonight and they were all doing fine, bit of droop on the northern lights perhaps cause of size and my perpetual top feed, bit to much water for her. Set up timer to run 2hrs off 15 on, will see how that goes.

my soil grow is happy though, I'll show you some pics in a few days, I want them to get some decent growth before I do.

tonight I sat for like 10 mins next to my plants playing them some bob Marley on my iPhone :hump: hope they groove to the music and grow another few inches in the next week, the wwxs#1 are still a good 3-4 inches from starting their scrog training.
