Has anyone ever ordered from seed supreme they got a nice selection and they ship to the states I just cant find anyone thats used them
 
Sent an-mail, followed up, sent another. No word and no seeds
. Five with no response, nine since they shipped
 
9 emails? Just curious... umm why? I sent 1 email to see if I could change my order. They contacted me within 24 hours and they were more than happy to change more order. After I received my order I sent one more email to let them know my order arrived and to wish them a good and safe Christmas.
Great customer service.
 
9 days since they said they sent it. Its been 4 1/2 days and no answer to two emails. I hope its nothing, but it's frustrating
 
Heard from them this morning and say they didn't get my emails and to resend them. I guess it was a glitch in their email provider
 
yo it took them 3 weeks to get them to me and 4 out of 5 popped and i could tell the one that didnt wasn't chossen very well but im two weeks in and everything is good
 
This site is handled very poorly. Do not let the pretty well design website fool you. On there order they mention 3~5 days to send out the products. First of all, no seed companies take this long to send out a few seeds, second even after a week they still mentioned to me that the seeds would take an extra 3~5 days to send out. After a week and half I got pretty frustrated because they have yet sent out the package. All they kept telling me was to have patience... wow. I even spoke with the supervisor and she (ANNA) even mentioned the package will be sent in the next 24 hrs after the week and a half has past. After 24 hours what do you know... the package has still not been prepared and sent! This site pretty much ripped me off. I'm pretty sure they scam a lot of people because there's not much you can do file a complaint against a marijuana seed company.

This is a fair warning from an actual buyer: DO NOT go through this website to purchase seeds. They are a massive headache and I don't even know if I'll get my money back.
 
Yeah avoid this site, I've been waiting 4weeks now after an estimated time of 3-5 days. They've given me loads of different excuses like technical problems, site problems etc every time I speak to an assistant on chat they say it will be shipped in 24hours, someone will contact you in 24hours blar blar blar. I finally got someone on there to cancel the order and give a refund today but I doubt that will ever happen. Tbh I got the impression their "live support" is nothing to do with the company

Waited a month also, and received a package that had been opened. There were visible signs in the "stealth" item that seeds had been removed. The package obviously had been re-wrapped and re-taped. This was a trial purchase, I will not be ordering from this site again. They have a nice website.
