Plant looks healthy. Add a small fan for some circulation. It will make a difference during flowering. As for nutes, GH is good; Fox Farm is better. GL!

One thing I would do for sure is lower that light. You can put CFLs much closer than that. That will help with the stretching on that seedling.

Epsom salt isn't actually a salt at all. It's actually Magnesium Sulfate. Epsom salt will not dry or decompose the roots. Regular rock salt would be what you're talking about.

The only thing that stands out to me is the light cycle. Why 17 hours and not 18? I see people try to squeeze in more light (like 24) but never less for veg. Four days isn't anything I would panic about for the seeds. Good luck with the grow, man! I find these AeroGardens kind of neat.

I personally like 600's better because they are slightly more efficient than 1000's.
