Ok if your going to attach an exhaust to your hood on your light? i would use your most powerful fan to extract that hot air from the room. IDK what the average temps are in your rooms are. I dont know how far your exhaust duct has to run. Every foot of duct will reduce airflow.
I feel like you need more or better exhaust. I don't want to say "yeah that'll work" cuz I think you really can't overdo the ventilation. I do like that centrifugal fan though. I would exhaust hot air from the hood with this. http://www.rollitup.org/attachments/indoor-growing/450819d1245244085-going-third-weeks-budding-img_3688.jpg
Good morning. Eventually all the hairs will turn brown or red or orange (depending on strain). But they will also do this prematurely in high temps or very low humidity. Like if they were too close to the light and got a little cooked. Thats why I said only worry if it happens to the ones closest to the light.
Usually about 4 weeks into 12/12 is when the older hairs start to change from white to red or orange or what ever color. Mine (tomorrow will be 7 weeks) are a nice orange. You are probably on schedule to start to see some more pistols changing color. Some people use hair color to know when to harvest. After a certain percentage has turned from white to red (like 85 -90%) they harvest. I use a 100x scope to look at trichs myself.
