Good day all! On my way to the dispensary with provisional letter! Super excited. This forum has really helped me get thru the wait time IL has forced on us.

I called today and spoke to some miserable rep lol. I just wanted to make sure they had my correct email. They do and I asked when the provisional emails will be sent out and she was so rude! But finally told me it would be within the week. Hang in there folks.

Does anyone know when the emails will roll out? Are they doing them in batches as well? Applied online 12/10

I also heard this on WGN radio from the Sr.VP at Cresco Labs. (Well known multimillion dollar cannabis company) said he was on a conference call with IDPH and February 1st we should get emails!

Hello all! To those of us who are still waiting I just received word from the wellness doctor I went through to get my certification stated provisional cards will be emailed after 1/31. I really hope that’s the case!
