The NL from peak is not cured very well yet, I've been roasting and vaporizing mostly. I still have the bottom 12" of the plant to harvest, I've got it under UVB now.

Its a very mellow high that will eat up hours if you sit down to watch the TV and the people on the TV. Mild pine taste, not sickening like another NL strain I had. Very content, relaxed, all is well with the world and what channel are the Star Trek reruns on kind of stone.

Easy plant to grow, very compact and high yielding. Big nug buds, rock solid. Taking care of it was an afterthought with the other plants needing a bit more attention and it was still the healthiest most robust plant I had (Blueberry, Strawberry Cough, SkunkBerry, Northern Berry, Northern Lights - I had a kush by Greenthumb that was just as good but in a different, more relaxed, kind of way.

Hey Hobbes you said you grow Northern Lights from Peak seeds. How would you rate the high compared to some other stuff you toked? I was looking for the authentic NL to grow, somthing with a real tingly body buzz to it.

Indoors. I tried some out but had no luck with it - poor soil and I didn't lug pro mix, little growth, no buds, 90% of plants eaten by deer ... I'm going to give it another go and hit the woods with a GPS, pro mix, time release cannabis nutes, chicken wire and fish line, but indoor is easy and safe. Plus a shovel for the woods.

How come you want to know?

I'm still harvesting down the mother plant as it's been ripening and roasting some bud to quick cure for vaporizing. The 4 x 4' clones have been harvested.

SC is a better producer than I thought it would be, decent yield.

Potency would be a 5 or 6 so far, I've got some air curing for almost 4 weeks - hopefully that'll be better.

Effect is almost not noticable, until you you realize how happy you are. I've seen people relax and unwind physically in minutes, melts anxiety and washes it away. A great all day, functional, social, high.

Taste and smell are nothing to write home about yet. The roasting bakes out some of the terpins, hopefully air curing will bring out the taste. Smooth.

I've have flowering: a 4 cola 16" plant in single bucket RDWC, 2 x 12" single cola clones in an 8 clone RDWC, and another single cola 12"er in 2 gallons of pro mix to go into flower in a week or two.

I recommend it, if you want to try the strain pick up a fem seed at Pick n Mix or Attitudes Pick n Mix. Wouldn't be the first strain I put in my garden but it's good enough to keep it's spot.

Hey Cookin'. I'm going to veg the Bubblegum for 3 or 4 mores days but I have harvested 3 3/4 x 4' single cola clones in RDWC and the top colas (4 - double topped) in promix.

I have a bottle curing at 3 weeks, smells nice. I've been low on bud and have been harvesting and baking the bud at 106C for an hour to decarboxylize it. I use a Volcano vaporizer and the mist is smooth, a slight cheesy smell which suprised me, a nice mild taste - a lot of the taste and smell get boiled off in the baking. Some taste on the sides of the tounge which is disapearing as I harvest more mature buds.

The beauty of Strawberry Cough is the high - very mild so far, you almost don't know that you're high. Clear headed, up, happy, no anxiety - which is why I got it. I have a family memeber who suffers severe anxiety, 1 bag and he can sit around and laugh and be social, do work, fucntion.

SC is a great all day smoke, easy to grow, good producer if you do multiple harvests down the plant as it matures from the top to the bottom.

I have a double topped 14" clone in RDWC under HPS this time, it's comming out much fuller with less stretch than when I did it under MH. Which again suprised me.

If you're looking for a social all day high, or a medicinal functional high, I'd recommend SC.
