I actually have a dehumidifier but my wife's freaking out about energy costs - kind of a knock-on effect from buying the LED grow lamp, which she was also kinda displeased about. So, it seems the average readings I'm getting in the room they're in at the moment are 15°C/63%. I'll stick with that.

Hmmm, it's averaging 5 - 7°C with a humidity of around 60%

The hygrometer is right next to the cardboard box. When it's slightly open the humidity rises a little. Do you think that's due to the moisture releasing & in time it'll drop?

10 - 20°C / 50 - 70°F Kind of a juggling act. The front of our flat is warmer & less humid. The back is cooler & a little more humid.

I've actually found a different spot in the flat & the humidity is down to 66%, during the day. Still high but it was 75 at one point!!

I've cut & wet-trimmed one of my plants &, at the moment, have the buds hanging in a ventilated cardboard box. Unfortunately, with the seasonal change here, the humidity's gone up. I've been reading about people using fridges & was wondering if the regular household food fridge would be OK?

Right, an update... I think it was bud rot after all. That whole area smelt damp, even though it was dry on the outside. I cut it out & the centre was very moist but I seem to have removed all the suspect spots & can no longer smell the rot. The lamp shining on that exposed centre overnight...

Maybe these close-ups will help a bit more... There is a clear boundary toward the bottom of the main cola where everything looks normal.

Yeah, about 16" away though. My other 2 plants are the same height but they're looking normal...

I'm actually in the process of doing that. Looking at the top closely, the trichomes are still shiny so that's a good sign it's not burnt from the lamp. Phew!
