Those are just babies, you should of held off on the nutes till at least 3 weeks, plus go lighter on the nutes, hopefully they will grow out of those nutes soon but you should really wait patience is really a virtue take it easy on the nutes and feed once or twice a week

Are your plants auto flower, if you go to 24 on they'll go back to veg turn your AC down and add a fan

Could be salt buildup did you try flushing and check you ph levels do you have a ppm pen
