soil light mix 250 watt hps nutes are bio bizz and canna soil at 6.5 feeding at 6.5 11l pots i dont lst and even branchest are growing at the bottom litrelly very bushy plant

i have a small tent i have 3 plants in there got rooted clone put them in soil had em in veg for 3 weeks they was about 10 inch when i put them in to flower what yeild is looking at roughly they are in a 11l air pots 600watt hps with 250watt turned on on ballast

i got a cheap led purple light my plants grow really slow could that be a problem ?
