Dry sifting/shaking gives you the best tasting hash you'll get, after it's shaken I bin it but there is a small amount of oil to be had.
Butane gas extraction is what I used, its simple and straightforward but not worth the hassle for me anymore.

What does "bin it" mean?
I'm not necessarily a newbie, but I'm illegal and don't know a whole lot of slang!
