Hey, I read your Grow a pound every three weeks post, and I am curious as to how you set your pump to run for 1 min on 5 off. What timer did you use? The ones I found only let me set 15 min intervals.

Hello StinkBud , I am going to running 2 of the six hole units with 14gal res's , my question is this is the spacing between net cups the same on the six as is on the 12 or 14 holes ? 3--- 7 ----?

Also - I'm still waiting on a few 396 gph pumps. My girls are currently being fed by a 135 gph pump (which seems to be doing the trick). How do you create a water-tight connection from the pump to the 1/2" PVC feed line? The adapter on the pump I have now is small...Does the larger pump fit tight?

CO2 - when I set up the CO2, should I rig the room so the CO2 feeds both areas (Veg and Flower) or should it just feed one side?

As I mentioned above, I returned a $400 E/B set-up (8 pots) and replaced it with two of your stands (14 each). I imagine I'll have more smaller plants?? It excited me to go from 8 to 28, but won't it be a little tight? Only 7 inches between each??

Lastly: I thought I picked up 4x4 posts for the Aero/NFT setup, but turns out they're 3.5x3.5 ....this won't cause a problem, will it?

I appreciate any thoughts and look forward to learning more as i learn the art/science

I've already started about 11 plants from seed that I have recently transferred to my Veg bins (feminized white widow seeds from Amsterdam seed co. and Blueberry seeds....can't remember if I purchased feminized tho...paid about $80 for 10) which i have running on the 1/5 cycle timer. I started germinating my remaining 15 or so seeds. From here on out, I'll do cuttings from the Veg bins

I picked up all your recommended nutes and will be following your lead from Clonex to Veg nutes (which I've already made one batch based on your recommended formula) to Flower, including Sweet and Clearex (my girls eat better than me! sheesh!)

I have a CO2 tank and regulator, but haven't filled it and put it in the room yet

How would you cycle the plants through based on these specs? Would you change anything?

Stink - I can't tell you how much I appreciate your thread. I'm in the process of setting up my room. I was half-way done when I found your thread. I studied up to page 61, then was compelled to simply hit the reset button on the direction I was going with my room. I'm now duplicating your system. I want to be a pro at this and make the absolute highest quality, best tasting bud. Can you tell me how to maximize the yield/quality on a perpetual harvest with the following set-up:

- 8x4.5 walk-in closet w/ 9ft ceilings
- Exhausts through the ceiling, into the attic
- The room will be divided (to separate light from clone/veg area and flower area)......1/3rd clone/veg, 2/3 flower
- HO Fl over 23-pot clone bin (just like yours)
- 400W MH over Veg bins: 16-pot total (2 bins, 8 in each)
- 1000W Sodium over 2 of your aero/NFT stands (14 pots each)

Can you explain what container you are using for your AeroCloning system? I don't get which box to choose.

Hey Stink, I know you are a very popular and a busy man so i will try to make this short and sweet. I really admire your set-up. I am looking to get a similar set-up going. I have alot of motivation due to family cancer and generating small passive income. I am looking to have my perpetual system producing 2 pounds a week. I want to be able to sell one pound a month to medical dispensaries and have one pound a month for family and other close card holder. My real question to you is how to avoid alot of power usage with a system like this? i am concerned that I will cause a red flag to go up with the amount of power usage involved in a 2lb. a month system. Any suggestions and/or personal experience would be greatly appreciated. FYI Although I am new to rollitup, I have been alot more active on Grasscity under username Green4Green...Thanks again

Stink, I had a crop hermi on me in its 5th week. Have you ever had that happen. Do you know what causes it. Should I trash the crop or would it still be good. I guess it would have lots on seeds. Do you think any clone that was cut from those plants at veg stage should be trashed. Please give some feed back, I lost

I'm trying to do more then start a thread. Its not gonna be easy but were taking steps to getting on the radio about this with some good solid evidence and testimonies. If you hit your head against a brick wall enough times it will crumble eventually. This ones worth a sore head.
