so should i trash them and start new or what should i do?

Hey this is my first grow and its just for fun. Someone told me i should trim them so i did here is the b4 and after pictures. The 1st and 3rd Picture are the same plant. The 2nd and 4th Picture are the same plant.

ok i found a new planter so im gonna move it thx for your help :P

oh ok in a couple of hours i will move it into its own planter. so how long should i wait till start veg state? and would a 250 watt light bulb work for the veg state?

Here is a picture of my plants at 19 days old under two 40 Watt Florescent Lights 24/7 on. Also i was wondering if they look healthy this is my 1st time growing. Any help or tips are welcome :).
