Should I Move My Second Plant To A New Planter?

Here is a picture of my plants at 19 days old under two 40 Watt Florescent Lights 24/7 on.
Also i was wondering if they look healthy this is my 1st time growing. Any help or tips are welcome .

yea there very healthy,but you must get them into 2 seperate flower pots,or else they'll become rootbound rather quickly,use a spoon to divide them,hurry up,or else you'll have problems.

oh ok in a couple of hours i will move it into its own planter. so how long should i wait till start veg state? and would a 250 watt light bulb work for the veg state?

yeah thats fine dude 250 watts str8 but asap move it to its own pot
