well your box is a little too small for duct work and to be honest doesnt have enough room for the luxury.....u need to blowing in cooled air at the bottom of the box and exhausting the heated air flow from the top, thus giving u not only much need CO2 control but also temp control as well

What about ducting?

ok try the white paint and get a fan on the bottom for now....exhaust fan at the top.......and if u can maybe get just the bulb no the ballast into the actual box....might cut down on temp

That's the point I'm very limited on cash and yer Ill try the white paint I don't have ballasts I'll keep in touch

ok timmehvl...what a clusterfuck buddy lol, but we can fix it.....that aluminum foil...lose it...does nothing for light reflection....look into mylar or str8 white paint....Now is the heat coming from the bulbs or the ballasts? do u know the difference? I would almost say forget the bulbs and go grab a 4 light T5 fixture....Sunleaves has a iv pioneer jr that would solve everything in that box, and it would increase the lumens and decrease energy usuage. research that as long as a bottom cooled intake and lemme kno what u wanna do.....if ur going to grow, spend some money upfront and profit in the end...keep me posted brother

ok w/o pics it is very hard to tell whats going on in there.....could u possibly go to like a windows paint program and draw me up ur box and i can see how ur running this thing so hot.......cfl's should not be running that hot unless ur box is literally airtight lol......we can fix this problem now, bu the longer it goes the more chance of 'burning' your plant comes into play.....also, are u running 24/0 bc 18/6 will atleast give them time to cool down.....try the paint program and we can go from there.....u have inspired me to help u, lol, this is like deja vu to me, bc i made the same mistake my first time and to correct it, is soooo easy.....i just need to see something even a drawing on a piece of paper will suffice

I have a pc grow box with 2 cfl 24w 2x120mm fans in alfoil and the pc box is in a set of draws I modified I would love to show pics but I'm on a mobile it's starting to get to me but I won't give in... I don't have any plants and I won't until I get the temp working good
