These suck!
Super crumbly and dirty.I’m not using such sup par grow medium. My ph would be questionable. I miss my old pebbles . They are a like a fine wine, they better with age. There is one brick and sticks shop up the road will check them out there. Oh yeah, I need a ph meter. Hopefully they will have as well.
Have a nice weekend!

Here's hoping that you get everything you need

Will do trying to get my ass off the couch to drill some holes in the walls and floor
Sounds intense. There is always tomorrow. Maybe just one hole at a time, one a day.

I got the hydroton pebbles and some cal mag. She had a blue lab PH pen but it was over $100 and I think I had it once and didnt like it. I will get the same one I had previously that worked well.

You can find the combo meter for a lower price than thru the mfr, I've seen them for around $230. It measures temperature (necessary for accurate EC readings), EC/ppm and pH.

I know it's spendy but I've had mine for well over a decade, I've replaced the pH probe several times- it's the only part that ages out- and it's been completely dependable.

I even used it for my hot tub!

When people ask me where to spend money on growing gear, I tell them there's no substitute for quality instruments and quality lighting. Get the good stuff and it will save you far more than the cost of the unit over its lifetime.
