hey man iv been reading information that you give on this site for about a month but i was unable to make any post or threads because i was using a cell phone lol, i just bought a computer and now here i am, i spent about $700.00 on equipment to start a grow, before i started i new nothing of hydroponics, you taught me every thing i know lol, i would like some of your feed back if you wouldnt mind ill try and make it short..... i bought 2 totes 1 18 gallon for the resevoir and 1 10 gallon for the grow box/tray i hoked up a 185 gallon per hour water pump from my local hydroponics store in the bottom that floods the top and a cheep air pump from wal-mart but i think it will work fine. i cut 6, 3" holes in

Hey man quick question, I germinated in my aerogardens and everything is perfect, they are just poping out of the lable, but two of the little girls have the seeds stuck them "should i remove the seed with tweasers", and should i take the other seed shells out of the sponges?

hey i was reading through your how to grow guide and i was wandering the 9th picture down of the plant in soil in the green pot is wat im aiming for i wanted to know how do u get ur plant to that size and to flower well. and if its possible to achieve that if u were to leave the plant outside in the pot with only sunlight , water , and a bit of fertilizer

hey man i been pokin around on this site for a month now and you really know your stuff. i got a quick question- ive a friend who is growing a certain type of tomato and who is mixing his own soil. everything is on point as far as ph and shit, just isnt draining well. what can be added to this soil to promote drainage to help this guy with his tomatoes?

Hey Widow Maker, I had a quick question that I hope you will answer. I am about to start my clones in some 1" rockwool cubes and would like to know exactly how you pre-soak your cubes prior to sticking the cutting in them. Do you use a 3 or 5 gallon bucket of 5.5 ph water with some 1/4 to 1/8 strength clonex solution and just let them soak 24 hours? or full strength clonex solution? then once they have soaked overnight do you take them out and allow them to dry a little bit so the cuttings are not being put into a saturated medium? If you could not tell this is my first attempt at cloning and you seem to have it down pretty well so I am looking for any tips. Feel free to supply me with more information or tips then what I asked for. Thanks!

Love the avatar and you seem to know what you are talking about What is your take on Nutes and especially GH nutes? I am told they are too salty and there are much better. Yet all I see is people recommending GH. I am told to use bat guano and a catalyst along with GH nutes? I am driving an Aeroflo2-60 and worry about bat guano clogging laser drilled holes. My buddy a major consumer says not to use GH but offers no alternatives beyond them being too salty? I know salt is a natural by product and is expected. However is it expected on the outsides and on the plants? I way over NUTED them and they are recovering. BTW in Denver, CO with Tap water at about 180 I just pulled the analysis off the water board's site and let it sit aerated for 24 hours and no problems..? Soor to be an ignorant repeater but if you are ever in Denever look me up if for a nice meal or drinks or...Tokes To Go.

hey , im a new grower and im gonna grow from seed in soil in a 2 footx2foot grow-room. I was just wondering , besides water and light, what kinda chemicals do i got put into it to make it more potent/faster grow and When . Do i have to use nutrients ? and if so , just tell one i can get at wal-mart , Thanks in advance!

Hey dude! Just spent the last 20 mins reading your thread. Lots of good info inthere! I've been smoking for a few years now, decided to have a go at growing. I've decided as its my first time to keep it basic to learn the process the seed will go through, not buying decent lights etc untill I've mastered it ha! I have got 5 seed's following your method a few have just broken shell and are rooting when will I know whether there male or female? Hope to hear from you soon. Troy.

Hey Widow Maker quick question. Read your thread on how to grow... and I always can get seeds to germinate but how do I get them to break the soil? I put them about 1/4 inch in soil root facing down. With a sandwich bag over the top of my cups so that the humidity stays up. any advice? THanks

My name is the hawg and I have read a lot of your stuff. I only want to grow 5 to 8 plants and have no clue where to start. I have $400 bucks right now, is that enough to get me started? Hi, I know you're very busy and I really hate to bother you..but I was wondering if you could answer something for me real quick:
I like your lights. I'm doing a small grow in my closet with a 250watter..
I was wondering if it's possible to acquire a 250w but use the same air tubes & ventillation, as well as what it's called. (brand & name in general).
I need a system like this because heat is going to be a major problem in that confined of a space. Any information you can give me about it is VERY much appreciated.

yo widow maker i got a question that i need answer plz if you could help.. im new to growing hydroponics so i was just one. first when u led ur seedling grow in the rockwool do i set it in my hydro set. and second how many time a day or a week should i add the nutrients. it would help a lot if u could help thanks
