Either way I'm probably going to go through with it, I'd say they were about 1 to 2 feet high as well. Man I was so stoked to find them. Haha

hey sorry to bother you again but i was getting my gypsum the other day and came accross gypsum plus(calcium sulfate dihydrate) and plaster of paris(calcium sulfate hemihydrate). so i ended up bying the gypsum plus because it had the name right on there--couldn't find gypsum on the plaster of paris...so my question is will i be okay with the gypsum plus even though it is granular and not powdered or should i go get the plaster of paris?

im very interested in learning about dmt......my roommate is getting started on makin sum.....is there any sites that will give me the ins n outs of everything about dmt??? sounds like i want alot but....just lookn for any true info! thanks appreciate it!!!

What do you recommend I use for the casings... a 50/50 vermiculite/coir mix? How would I go about mixing the two... or how about sterilizing both.... how would I go about that?

To do a quick summary as to where I am at now in the scheme of things:

Most jars are almost fully colonized

One jar has some suspected green mold growing... although, its very small. I wonder if the cake could be salvaged? In addition, that jar which seems to be contaminated has some small orangish brown spurts formating... I suspect they are pinning!

One jar has small orangish black discolorations towards the bottom.... ANC said its most likely mycelium piss (metabolites)

I will post pictures tomorrow! I want to fruit these bitches already

Urgent question!

Still the other jars haven't shown mycelium.... how would I go about inoculating? If the jars have been in incubator for about 16 days now... wouldn't the substrate be dried out causing the other suspension I inject to not grow properly... or do I just inject anyways. I read somewhere about prime colonization occurring after 25 days and afterwards the cells cease and slowly die. Whatever should I do ANC!

Plus, wouldn't the substrate be in a higher state of contamination since I haven't sterilized in a while... do I just have to give the needle a little lighter action to cure that problem?

Oh please help! I need an answer asap on my thread "complete pictorial and editorial shroom grow"... its regarding the incubators!
