are your plants going to be the only ones in there ? im using the aurora 707 soil now. if i were you i would use a pure coco with advanced nutrients sensi grow a and b for veg then advanced nutrients sensi bloom a and b for flower maybe big bud and bud candy

I like sativas and indicas. The gdp is the club haha in rodeo idk were it is you probably do. Its sensi star 5 week old mother for forty bucks. The stuff will be my choice ans far as nutes my friend used all fox farms came out good i wanna maybe try something from aurora dk what you think?

well what kind of smoke do you like ? the gdp is great smoke but its a low yeilder. if i were you i would do 3 of the same strain . do you have to buy your own nutes and soil or is your buddy going to provide it? what is your buddy most comfortable using as a medium and nutes ?

I veged on CFLs to keep my plants short now Im using CFLs+ 400W.

Well I use dyna-gro nutes, and scotts top soil with no nutes mixed with perlite.

If it is the first time try to keep it simple. Unless your medical, don't go out and get the best of the best for the first grow. Get ya a bag of miracle grow moisture control and run a few gallons of water through it before you use it. Also bake it for a few minutes and let it sit overnight to kill any bug larvae in it.

Well, first and foremost, I don't know how big this 'closet' is but that sounds like a lot of wattage for that small of a space. But if it is a pretty big closet, that should work. Sensi Star is a great strain. There's no real need to keep a mother plant alive if he's only allowing you to have three plants in there. You might as well just take two clones from the clone you bought, root them for a couple weeks, then throw them into flowering with the original clone you bought. And both soils would work wonders. Mix in some perlite with them, though. 60% Soil and 40% perlite is my ratio.

Just take your time and think the set up through before actually hooking it all up.
I, like most growers, changed mine a few times until it was perfect for my area.

Better success with hydro than soilless when it comes to indoor growing for me.
Although I've had soilless JillyBeans yield the same.

lol naw those were my old ones, I just have a little one now, and no clubs man, medical state with no dispensaries. might be getting clones from a guy. seeds would be great though.

right now I'm struggling, couldn't find seeds or nothing for a long ass time, didn't really want to order online, now its all really resting one one small plant that might turn out to be male, a scraggly ass plant I found outside, and like 4 seeds that are germing really slowly.
oh and a scraggly ass clone of the scraggly ass plant.
