Some dispensaries are contract only meaning they don't have to pay until the product is sold. However if you personally fronted the start up $ they have to pay on the spot. This only works if they purchase the materials and provided median plus seed. I would look through the offeratory letter to see if this dispensary is legally owning the medicine or if it just filling thier patient coverages.

ps Terminology is very important with clubs. Remember that you never really "sell" weed to dispensaries. They do not "sell" weed or clones or anything either. You "donate" product, which they "give" to their members. The money that changes hands is called the "recovery cost", meaning that the cost to acquire/produce and transport said product for their members is recovered when their members pay for their medicine.

Heya mate. To try and answer your questions - If your trying to sell some to a club on consignment, yes you generally ARE allowed to re-claim any unsold bud at any time. But it depends on each collective b/c sometimes they take ur bud and bring it to another branch of their collective or even other dispensaries. About the 8 lbs - Im not gonna say anything conclusively, but im pretty sure that most won't even fuck with that much weight at once. When it comes to collectives, the most I have ever dealt with at once is 1 lb. In the past I have gotten paid for a half, and left the other half on commission. Again it depends greatly on each collective. It couldnt hurt to down to your local club and ask them. Remember - most clubs won't want to deal with you at all until you've done some regular business with them and know them pretty well.
