The problem is your soil, if you look it says it feeds for two months on the bag there, also move your light 5-4 inches above your plants to make their nodes tighter, purple stems are fine with seedlings i get them alot and i get nice buds, you could try flushing but i'd wait a feww days and see...

Pretty sure thats nute burn buddy, take it easy and water with plain water and see how they react, nice looking buds by the way too :)
