    City tap water?

I personally recommend using RO water. City water does have calcium, mag, and iron but at what ratios? And are they even in a form your plants can uptake? I doubt it, especially the iron as it is probably oxidized already. City water can also contain quite a bit of Na, which is not something you...

smoking causing chronic cough and lung pain?

Probably could. I know, for me, smoking blunts gets me hacking pretty bad from the paper. How are you smoking your herb? I suggest trying out a percolator or vaporizer and somebody else mentioned edibles, if you're in to those.

    Dyna-Gro Experiment

Yeah, the whole coco potassium thing. I have been giving perlite a lot of thought here lately. You use strait perlite in your buckets don't you? The DG test plants are in coco, yes, and I'm going to finish that run on the DG but after that I am thinking of going back and putting more effort in...

    Dyna-Gro Experiment

Yeah, I've noticed a little in the bottom of mine also. Calcium Phosphate? I don't really know either. I attributed mine to old nutes because my local hydro store doesn't sell many dyna-gro products. But if you have it as well... might keep an eye out on that in the future. Just ordered more...

    Dyna-Gro Experiment

Tried the lucas formula 4-5ml micro 8-10ml bloom. Wasn't real happy with it. Thats what I was running before I tried this last run testing out the dyna-gro. So far dyna-gro is better so no need to revisit the lucas formula. I wanted to give the flora series a chance with the grow in there as...

Go to home depot and get one of those garden hose fittings, the Y fitting that has 2 outputs with little valves in them. Hook this up to something like your cold water feed to your washing machine. The Y lets you run one hose to wachine machine, or whatever, and the other to your RO system. The...

    Dyna-Gro Experiment

Good to know. I've always liked GH's product line. Going to give their 3-part another shot on one of my flood tables. Going to try starting @ 1/4tsp a gallon a piece for the grow, micro, and bloom then go from there. I see GH's feeding schedule plays around with different ratios throughout the...

    help. humidity issues.

Yep. Dehumidifier. Newer ones should almost all have a built in hygrometer. Just set it where you want it and it'll maintain set humidity. A 'must have" for every indoor grow imo.

    Dyna-Gro Experiment

Interesting. Might have to give it a look some time. Do you have any experience with DG's MagPro? Supposed to do the same thing.

    white widow first time lst

Good that you are tying her down already. The WW I have just likes to grow upwards, she has to be tied down.

Also adding calimagic @ 1/4tsp a gallon, or about 100 ppm. Adding the calmag because I use RO water. Then the 7-9-5 @ just a 1/2tsp a gallon. Ends up around 350ish ppm, I think... I have it wrote down but don't have my notepad, I'm at work haha. I go by ppms but ec would be around .5ish. Have...

    Orange tips

Sometimes its not a deficiency issue rather an environmental problem. You're humidity may be a little on the high side for those temps. Calcium is carried through transpiration. Sometimes high humidity or over-watering can cause the plant not to transpire as much, which results in less calcium...

Agree with @wiethe20. Looks like calcium. Rust spots and newer growth is somewhat distorted.

Yeah I'm using the 7-9-5 myself. Did well in veg and in the process of flipping them now. I am happy with the results so far. I quit the pro tekt and running just the grow @ a 1/2 tsp a gallon. Doesn't get much easier than that.

Vitamino, Organic B, B-12, any benefit?

Superthrive smells like "wetcake", a by product of ethanol production. I don't know if there's any relation between the two? But the stuff stinks but i also kinda like the smell. I have not used this enough in that past to notice if it works or not. I've also heard that it contains either...

    PHing water runoff ?

You can, to use as a reference. Checking it periodically, to get somewhat of an average, doesn't hurt anything just don't think too much of it. But if you're having issues and its not where it normally is it can be an indicator of something wrong, or about to go wrong. This is more for drain to...

Help! Failing miserably with 600w LED

73 degrees when lights are on or off? I don't quite understand what you meant. Looks like you might be right thinking heat related issue. Leds run cooler but still get pretty warm. How much airflow through the tent?
