Problem 1 arnt really problems, it's normal for lower older leaves to die off, it's just moving its sugars to new growth, or it's as simple as it's a little hungry Problem 2 looks normal to me or again its slight yellowing because its hungry imo, but I couldn't see your pics very well for some...

Thanks for the reply mate, This one plant had been a pain it's an early skunk from sensi, and it never really grew as well as the other ones I have, and the flowers are much smaller on this one, it suffered a mag or phos def mid flower but I corrected that before those leaves started drying off...
