Question about lighting

Hello everyone,
So basically I came across a statement saying 1000w HID, isnt as energy efficient as a 600w HID, what's your thoughts on this ? I believe I recently read it on growweedeasy.

If you have not purchased an HID yet, I suggest you explore PCB lighting, ie; quantum boards. I'm getting fantastic results, and have stopped using my HID.
I also heard that 600W is the most efficient way to go.

Hay mate sorry for late reply for some reason it didnt come up in my alerts that someone replied, I have been using HID lighting for years so unfortunately I do already have HID lights,
So for real you have stopped using HID ? I'm going to look into quantum boards if they really are good, I'll also have to look up migro on YouTube
