I'm going to be running 12 clu048-1212 cobs with 3 Meanwell 185-1400 drivers. To calculate max draw do I just use the standards VxA=W to add up how many amps I'll be pulling from the wall? So 12 cobs at full 1.4a power would be 12x1.4?

Do those 133 heatsinks have predrilled holes in the sides of the base to mount them from the side of some angle aluminum?
