I would say it is better for the 12/12 more light = bigger harvest but I do switch to 10/14 for the last week it tells the plant to wrap things up its the end of the season

yeah the bigger they get the more they get thirsty. at first when I plant my clones into dirt they could go around a week in between watering then toward the end of flowering I am watering every 2 days, its like a adults eats more then a newborn baby
