What are these marks on the leaves? Nutrient deficiency, nutrient burns? Have you seen anything like this before? EC 0.3-0.4. Maybe I should give them more, maybe double it? Maybe they don't have enough food to develop and that's why they dry up?

Hello, I have a questions. How important would you say it is to change the air in the growing room, especially for seedlings? Could stagnant air affect the time in which seedlings grow, maybe even stun them?

The lamps are AGRO, technically I think they are considered HPS and can be used for both vegetative and flowering stage. I have attached a picture of the hoods (one is a cooltube and one is an open air reflector). I also have a third lamp in a cooltube that for now I don't use.
