if your not too familiar with cloning start from a clone. Unless your just going to grow straight from seeds but even then the veg time is a bit longer and there's no gurantee that you will have female seeds unless you buy feminized seeds and even then you take a chance of them turning hermie on...

looks good! on the ones that you didnt top try pinching (lightly) the top growth this will slow down stretching and help promote bottom growth

try organic azetrol next time. Works really well and one of the few things that kills the eggs as well. Its expensive but probably worth it.
