How the fugg do I post pictures? Grr

I'm having some issues posting pictures...is there a trick to it?

So now im thinking of starting off with 3-4 different auto strands on cfls / Aquarium bulbs and after short veg time 250 watt hps or mh. Not sure which Is best for autos

sweet got my first reply fast! I havent added up the lumens to figure out how many fluorescence I would need on the walls but can I put a 250 sodium / MS bulb on top? I am reluctant to post pictures but I may do so later today simply because I want to illustrate what my room looks like
